Frank, Gale, Bails & Pocrass, P.C. is pleased to announce that founding partner Frederick N. Frank has been appointed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to a three year term on the Committee on Rules of Evidence.
Mr. Frank most recently served on the Appellate Court Procedural Rules Committee where, in addition to being the Vice-Chairperson, he was instrumental in developing rules for children’s fast track appeals and appeals under the Pennsylvania Code of Military Justice.
