Frank, Gale, Bails & Pocrass, P.C. is pleased to announce that founding shareholder Frederick N. Frank has been appointed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court as Chair of the Committee on Rules of Evidence commencing October 1, 2020. Mr. Frank is in his second term on the Committee. The Committee studies and makes recommendations to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court about matters relating to evidence law in the Commonwealth.
